For mums and babies. Start getting back into shape, with focus on rehabilitating the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. A great way to boost your energy, meet other new mums and have fun with your baby. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Mums need to have had their postnatal check up before attending.
Sarah trained to teach yoga at Triyoga in London and has been teaching for three years, and practising for over ten. She specialises in Pregnancy and Post-natal yoga, having trained with Uma Dinsmore Tuli who created the Pregnancy yoga module for the British Wheel of Yoga and who teaches worldwide. Sarah’s classes are fun and light-hearted, learning to be flexible in both body and mind. She has a compassionate and inspirational style and believes that yoga should be accessible to every body.
Sarah has a son called Ted who is 18 months old.
