Payments are non-refundable and places are only guaranteed on receipt of payment. Classes missed may not be carried forward to the next course and no credit will be given, but may be made up in another class before the end of the course, subject to space.
Non-beginners are welcome to join a course of an appropriate level part way through a term and pay for the remaining classes. Beginners need a Basic Principles Workshop or a private session before joining an ongoing course.
Fully equipped Pilates studio with thick mats, foam blocks, asymmetric arc barrels, stability cushions, soft balls, toning balls, fitness circles, flex bands and foam rollers - to ensure good alignment, add variety and challenge.
Places are limited to a maximum of 10 clients per class.

Please note that sometimes classes may be taught by a different instructor. All our instructors are certified by Stott Pilates, highly experienced and passionate about the benefits of Pilates.
