Payments are non-refundable and places are only guaranteed on receipt of payment. Classes missed may not be carried forward to the next course and no credit will be given, but may be made up in another class before the end of the course, subject to space.
If you have missed the start of the course, you are welcome to join a course of an appropriate level at any time and pay for the remaining classes. If you are a beginner you need to attend a Basic Principles Workshop or have a private session before joining a class after the course has started.
Fully equipped Pilates studio with thick mats, foam blocks, asymmetric arc barrels, stability cushions, soft balls, toning balls, fitness circles, flex bands and foam rollers - to ensure good alignment, add variety and challenge.
Places are limited to a maximum of 10 clients per class.
